This is the second home I have used Brian’s help to acquire as an out-of-state buyer.I can’t stress enough how valuable he was in showing me homes both in person and over FaceTime all around the Phoenix area. I recently purchased a home in Scottsdale and not knowing exactly what we were looking for, or in what area, he must have shown us 30-plus homes over a 12-month period and logged hundreds of miles in the process.When we finally determined the area we wanted to live he found us the perfect house in what was an unbelievably tight market as a buyer and pushed through the deal in less than 30 days after being told we couldn’t close that quickly!He’s without doubt the best agent I have ever worked with; patient, understands what you want and doesn’t try to push something else, ethical and doggedly-determined to act in your best interests and close the deal!Would highly recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling; great guy to deal with!!

Agent was very professional courteous and well informed of all steps in process of selling home. Willing to go above and beyond in customer satisfaction and even solicited helpful solutions to various issues in selling of home. would highly recommend him for Agent of the Year. He helped in every step of the way even on vacation was in communication with us.

Brian is a hard working realtor, very responsive and has excellent feedback on pricing, availability and trends when it comes to housing. Brian negotiated on our behalf on 3 transactions that included a lot, a commercial property in Scottsdale and our residence in Scottsdale.

Brian is a consummate professional, who actually cares about his clients. From the beginning of our home search, through the entire process even after we had the keys to our new home, Bryan was there. Any questions you have at any time, Bryan will answer in a timely manner and take care of any issue or concern, small or large you might have. He is thoroughly knowledgeable, having been in the field for almost 20 years. We have recommended Bryan to our family and friends, and everyone has been more than pleased with the quality of Brian’s service and work ethic. We have sold 4 homes with Brian over the years here in the Phoenix area, and he always takes care of us. We are so fortunate to know that he will do everything he can to make our experience great.
