Brian did a amazing job in our search for a condo in the Valley. We had some very specific criteria we were looking for, and Brian was able to help us focus on just the properties that met our criteria. This saved us so much time and allowed us to act quickly as out of state buyers. He was always available when we needed help, and we were able to find the perfect property. This is the second home I have used Brian’s help to acquire as an out-of-state buyer.I can’t stress enough how valuable he was in showing me homes both in person and over FaceTime all around the Phoenix area. Brian helped us find a home when we were in a dire situation. We needed to do our best to find a new home to move into in about a month. Brian understood our situation, and was always ready to take us out to see house, negotiate for us, and check in on us often to see how things were going and where our heads were at.We were able to find a home within a month thanks to Brian, and are now living happily in are amazing new home. We will certainly be utilizing Brian again when its time to move and sell this home, and purchase our new one.

I cannot say enough great things about Brian. He is always responsive and prompt and made us feel like we were his top priority. We moved from out of state and when I was talking to him from 1,700 miles away, he seemed like he was right next door.
